Initiate Your Request
Log into your Archive 404 account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authentication cards are included inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping stickers are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
